2, aluminum alloy end mill plasticity is low
Aluminum alloy has low plasticity and low melting point. The problem of sticking tool is serious, the chip removal performance is poor and the surface roughness is relatively high when machining aluminum alloy. In fact, the processing of aluminum alloy is mainly sticky knife and roughness, the effect is not good.
